In Step 3, your salesperson began qualifying you as a customer to determine what you can or cannot buy. By the time you reach Step 4, your salesperson has most likely identified what kind of vehicle you want to buy. This next step is called The Walk Around; and at this point you will be presented the vehicle of your choice with all the bells and whistles.
Between you and me, this is the best part of the process because you get to play with a new car. Your salesperson will present all the different functions and gadgets in the car. He/she will tell you how great everything is and how this vehicle will make your life so much better. Hopefully, any car questions you have at this point can be answered.
What you should be doing at this point is playing with the knobs, dials, cup holders, the cool sunglasses holder, the IPod plug-in thingy, the mirror in the visor (not sure why everyone looks for the mirror right away, like the manufacturer decided not to install one in this car) and lastly the cool radio. Enjoy yourself and take in that new car smell.
Of course you will need to drive this bad mamma jamma soon, so stay tuned for Step 5...
